Unique All Stars Football Club of Port Harcourt visits King Ambassador G. Odum, JP.

Grassroot and community football, Unique All Stars Football Club of Port Harcourt, the reigning Rivers state AllStars Champions, today Saturday June 13th paid a courtesy visit to the Paramount Ruler of the Oginigba Community HRH Ambassador Eze Odum, JP.

According to the press release sent to BelieveSpot, the Public Relations of the All Stars Football Club, Mr Tunde Bello, the visit is "part of its Social responsibility and appreciation to the community, it also supported the Eze and Chiefs in council with some palliatives such as Noodles, Rice, TIN Tomatoes, ground nut oil and others."

In his speech, the Chairman of the club Chief Engineer Charles Echendu appreciated the host community of the All stars club for accommodating and providing them a place to be part of the community for more than 5yrs.

He stated the club members won't have had the confidence and comfort to gather in Oginigba Community primary school every Saturdays without the warmth and friendliness of the host.

In his remarks, Club Captian, Courage Enas thanked the community and also said the Covid 19 pandemic has limited movement, interaction and relationships, this necessitated the decision of the club to support the Eze and his chiefs.

The Royal father recieved the goods with Thanksgiving and thanked the club for being a good Ambassador of what social and community relationships should be.

He stated the continued stay of the Rivers State Champions won't have been possible if the community was not peaceful.

In his additional remarks, he asked the club to also go a step further to help curb cultism, social ills and vices and to never cease to support his administration in ensuring young people become good Ambassadors and nation builders.
